    This video introduces different tools used in Illustrator including the elllipse shape tool to format shapes in different angles and sizes. It dives into making designs and shapes from 2D into 3D. It demonstrates objects on a set path to offset them to coincide. It also shows the builder tool to select two shapes to cut and move. This video also shows you how to remove specific parts of your design you do not need without repeating all the steps after it. The end of the video shows you values and hues of different colors to play around with. 


2. Adobe Illustrator Beginner Tutorial - How To Use The Clipping Mask

    The next video shown is a tutorial on how to use the clipping mask tools to create layers and outlines. It shows using the pen tool to trace around certain objects and selecting what you want to create a clipping mask. This video also shows how to duplicate designs and render them with specific textures you can find in each panel. I have always had trouble with the clipping mask tool, so this video was great for me to easily understand two ways to use it and a breakdown of the steps involved.

    This last video has it all. It explains the role of each and every tool in Illustrator in under 20 minutes. After going over the fundamentals like the select tool and the pen, it dives into the more complicated ones. Some tools that stood out to me during this video was the curvature tool and spiral tool. The curvature tool automatically creates curved paths which is very useful for my upcoming assignment, and the spiral tool makes spirals by itself without multiple points of the pen tool. I am very excited to use these tool in the upcoming classes!

The man in the video shows steps like creating text boxes, aligning margins, and he shows a lot of shortcuts also. The man in the video Dan, shows how to make spreads versus single pages. Spreads can be used to make multiple pages like magazines and pamphlets. He shows how to make the multiple pages, have the same elements by using tools like the layers and copy and pasting. Photoshop Class

October 24, 2023  Photoshop Class Work    I have learned in this class how to use clipping masks and how to draw around images to make outlines. Instead of using an eraser, to outline and make edits to photos, I can now use the polygon lasso tool to make different layers coincide. During this class time, we used an illustrator file and conformed it to a photoshop one.
